Beginner/Novice classes are designed for clients brand new to Pilates and are involved with Private or Physio-Pilates Sessions. Essential classes are designed for clients who are newer to Pilates or need modifications requiring a slower pace to maximize specific strengthening. Intermediate classes are at a faster pace and more complex movements. Instructors will identify appropriate class enrolment.

All new clients to the studio have 3 private sessions before joining a class. Private sessions allow the instructor to focus fully on the individual clients strengths and needs and design sessions to address those needs. Progressing exercises are based on client's goal attainment.
Clients and Instructors work together to determine if classes or continued private sessions are required.
HOME PROGRAMMING
We will develop a home program for you based on your needs and interests. The Home programs require 1 hour of private instruction prior to developing the program. The instructor will take pictures of you performing the exercise correctly and will use an additional hour to record the program and send it to you. Home programming is done on site through a private session.
We offer Pilates Mat Classes at the Community Centre in Niagara on the Lake. We offer Essential level Mat Pilates on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10am and Intermediate Mat Class on Wednesday mornings at 9am. If you would like to join a class a release form needs to be signed prior to joining. Release forms are provided on site. Please email if you are interest to pilatesemporium@outlook.com These are 10 week sessions @ $20/class. Pre-book your attendance and prepay to save your space. There is 15 spaces available in each class. First come first served.
You will need a Yoga mat and a thin bath towel for each class. Additional Pilates Mat Equipment will be provided and will change weekly.
Wednesday 9am class is an Intermediate level and clients need to have had at least 20 mat classes within the last 2 years to attend.
Monday and Wednesday 10am is an Essential Pilates on the Wall class where we will use the bar, wall and additional Pilates equipment.
Offering 45 minute Hatha Yoga classes. Hatha yoga is perfect for those who want more of a gentle activity that can help reduce stress and create mind-body awareness. A regular practice of hatha yoga enhances strength, flexibility and balance. Other benefits are gained by incorporating breath work into practice.
