This Package is for clients who want a regular schedule and can be applied to any service in the studio. It is the most popular option. We book your regular classes for the year. You can change it at any time and cancellation policies apply like any other package. When there are not enough credits to pay for the next scheduled class or appointment, the client chosen package is automatically renewed. Any left over credits are added to the next package.
Why are Pilates Studios so rigid in their cancellation Policies? Pilates is the most expensive fitness option available for Instructor training and clients. When you sign up for a Pilates Reformer/Cadillac class or a private/Physio session, you are renting $12,000 worth of equipment and a Movement Specialist with years of expensive training. Predictability of income is tied directly to client attendance for Instructors and viability of the studio.
24 hours before scheduled class or appointment
Use your JaneApp profile to cancel your scheduled classes at least 24 hours before your appointment or class.
We understand that there are many reasons why clients need to put their membership on hold. We also know that it is hard to start back up once time has lapsed. For this reason we have a very flexible expiration date for clients. Sometimes knowing that your sessions are already paid for helps to get you back in. All packages will automatically expire in 1 year from the last day of usage unless discussed with the studio during that year.
We are typically closed on Statutory Holidays
There is 15 minutes between classes designated for Instructor personal care, discussions with clients leaving their class, next class preparation, and clients leaving the studio and parking lot. Let the Instructor know if you are having any issues prior to the class so modifications are considered, otherwise, save any other discussion until after class.
Sticky socks are required on the reformer and in the studio. You can purchase them yourself or purchase them from the studio for $15. FST is the same as reformer wear. We have gowns for Neurostim if required or you can bring your own, it's dependent on the area being treated.
Book into classes sessions anytime. If there are less than 3 clients booked in any class and there are other similar class with spaces available, that class will be cancelled. In these situations it is not considered a late cancellation.

We will endeavour to replace someone in your appointment so you don't get charged or hope someone books into the 9th space in a class once you have late cancelled so you won't lose that credit.
